ANDRE COKER

Written by Ricky Carroll

Andre Coker is a baller! He causes havoc for the opposition no matter what position he's playing. He has pace to burn, and his close control is brilliant, making him a great player to have when you need to transition from defence to attack! When he plays out wide, he can use his pace to skin the opposition, which he's done on countless occasions for Enfield Town this season. Andre has also shown his class for Grand Athletic, where he's used as more of a number 10. His dribbling and close control are two of his best assets as seen throughout the UrfreshTVSport Summer Sevens!

When he's running with the ball, he's hard to stop when in full flow. His explosive pace and superb balance mean he can drop a shoulder and leave his marker floundering. The sign of a top-quality player is being productive in the final third. When you watch him play his decision making on whether to have a shot or what pass to play is top class!

His ability to drift and pick up little pockets of space makes him a nightmare to mark for the opposition. One of his best qualities is receiving the ball and dropping a shoulder, leaving his marker for dead before delivering that killer through ball! His ability from set-pieces is brilliant, as seen for Enfield Town against Bowers and Pitsea when he curled a sumptuous freekick over the wall to put Enfield 2-0 up!

Andre Coker is a joy to watch. He's lightning-quick, has exceptional balance and close control, and is superb in the final third. What is most impressive about him is his ability to see passes that most over players either don't see or have the ability to execute. Anyone that has seen Andre play on a Saturday or Sunday will tell you he's a class act.
